WBA rankings updated for August. Uzbek fighters rose in the rankings

In the super middleweight (76.2kg) Bektemir Melikuziev and in the light heavyweight Rustam Tulaganov (79.3kg) rose to 14th place in their weight classes from 15 places last month.

In the super-middleweight (69.8kg) Israil Madrimov moved up one place from the 2nd and took the lead in the ranking. Israil Madrimov is currently a mandatory contender for the world championship belt.

There was no change in the super lightweight (63.5kg) Shohjahon Ergashev was in 7th place and Shakhram Giyasov was in 6th place.

Murodjon Akhmadaliev is the WBA and IBF champion in his super bantamweight class (55.2kg).
