FC Shurtan ordered to pay a fine and banned to register players

FC Shurtan was ordered to pay a fine by Uzbekistan Professional Football League (UzPFL) for non-fulfillment of the decisions of the committee on the status and transitions of football players of Uzbekistan Football Federation (UFF).

Guzar-based team shall pay a fine in the amount of 5 million UZS and the club was banned the registration of application documents for 2018 according to the Regulations of the Uzbekistan Football Competitions among non-amateur and semi-professional football clubs for 2017, the Disciplinary Code of Article 5, section 1, paragraph 5.25, as well as Article 5, Section 4, clause 5.57,

In case of non-payment of the fine and non-payment of salaries (including bonuses) to a number of players, the issue shall be brought to the Bureau of the UFF Executive Committee on the expediency of Shurtan's participation in competitions under the auspices of the UFF and UzPFL.
