Seven players leave FC Pakhtakor as their contracts expire in 2018

Aleksandr Lobanov is close to signing a contract with Uzbekistan Super League side FC Metallurg, while Akmal Shorakhmedov and Esmael Goncalves will continue their career in another club.

The Lions will continue their preparation for the upcoming season in United Arab Emirates and they left for Abu Dhabi training camp with a 24-man squad under the coaching of Georgian coach Shota Arveladze.

Tashkent side will organise a friendly match against Danish Superliga champions Brondby IF, who stunned FC Lokomotiv Tashkent with a shocking 5-1 win on Wednesday.

FC Pakhtakor also will play a friendly match against Swedish Premier League club Orebro SK on 4 February 2019.
