These days, the 43rd General Assembly of the Olympic Council of Asia (ook) is taking place in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand. Within the framework of the assembly, officials who have contributed to the development of the Olympic movement for many years on the continent were awarded the most nufuli prize of the organization – the order of Merit.

Significantly, on the same day, the secretary general of the National Olympic Committee of Uzbekistan Oybek Kasimov was also awarded the order.

Within the framework of the 43rd General Assembly, the Uzbek side is scheduled to hold a presentation on the preparations for the Tashkent-2025 Youth Asian Games.
